mMarkdown does not collect, store or share any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no ads and no tracking.
Information we collect
None. mMarkdown does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or any other personal details.
Your files
mMarkdown only opens the files you choose. They are read and shown on your Mac and are not sent to us or to any other service. A file is only changed when you turn on Allow Edit and save it. Pages are shown without loading anything from the internet.
Purchases
Buy me a coffee is an optional in-app purchase. It is a tip and does not unlock anything. Payment is handled by Apple. We never see your name, your Apple Account or your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy applies to the purchase.
Data on your Mac
Your settings (appearance, fonts, text size, line numbers, your editor) are saved only on your Mac. This data never leaves your Mac and is removed if you delete the app.
Ads and tracking
mMarkdown has no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Children
mMarkdown is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
