None. mTranslate for Chrome does not ask for your name, email, location or any other personal details.
The text you translate
mTranslate for Chrome translates the text you select with Chrome's built-in translation, on your computer. For a single word it also reads the sentence around it on the page, to translate that sentence too. It reads aloud with the voices on your computer only, not online voices. Your text is not kept and is not sent to us or anyone else.
Web pages
The extension runs on the pages you visit so it can show the bubble when you select text. Then it only reads the text you select (and, for a single word, its sentence).
When you choose Translate this page, it reads the text of that page to translate it, on your computer. The translation is shown in place of the text until you choose Show original or reload the page. Nothing from the page is kept or sent anywhere.
Language downloads
The first time you use a language, Chrome downloads it from Google. This is handled by Chrome, not by mTranslate for Chrome. Only the language is downloaded; your text is not sent.
Your settings
Your settings (language, text size, voice, what happens when you select text) are saved by Chrome, and synced to your other computers if Chrome sync is on.
Ads and tracking
mTranslate for Chrome has no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Children
mTranslate for Chrome is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
